Went in to purchase flowers for my wedding and was treated like an idiot. Landon was very short with me and seemed annoyed that he had to help. A few weeks later I conversed with him over email to submit my order and he provided the bare minimum information and only answered one of my questions. Then there was absolutely no follow up/confirmation. They are impossible to get ahold of over phone unless you know an extension number. The whole time leading up to my wedding I was so stressed that they never got my order. I showed up on the pickup day and the flowers were indeed there, thank god. When I told Landon I didn't want the bright yellow roses he picked out for me he said "what, because of the price?" (as if that wouldn't be a reasonable answer), but I said no, because I asked for pale/pastel yellow. He seemed angry that he then had to change things in the computer before printing my receipt so I could go pay at the front. If you can find the flowers you need literally anywhere else, you should. Washington Floral Service probably doesn't care about you unless you are submitting a huge commercial order.

We purchased two bouquets, and the roses look incredibly fresh and smell amazing! I was impressed by the wide selection—there’s something for every budget, every color preference, and every taste. I came here based on a friend’s recommendation. He told me that, out of all the places he’s bought flowers, the ones from this shop stay fresh the longest and keep their fragrance the best. Now I can see why! Highly recommend! Thank you for the great experience!

If I could leave a zero, I would. We order flowers for a large Mother's Day event. They shorted us AFTER we paid for it (I will be disputing) and when we called on a Friday afternoon, they told us they would call back and just left the shop without any callback to explain where our flowers are. We bought flowers to give each mother a flower,and that been dashed. Thanks for the great customer service. Avoid this disaster.

Our florist ordered nearly a $1000 of flowers from here for our wedding a few weeks ago. While picking it up and inspecting it the man was very short and rude. After getting it all unpacked and inspected more closely we found we were shorted around 40 items. When we contacted the business to inform them, they were yet again short and rude. They did not offer to refund us, or offer to provide replacements. I would not recommend due to the terrible service. My professional florist would not recommend due to customer service as well as quality of product.
